ISDFF’s mission is to enhance the knowledge of farmers, improve their access to best farming management practices, nutritional food security, health, hygiene and biosecurity, and upliftment of economically weaker section in rurban areas.

ISDFF envisages a world where farmers have access to the best technology,knowledge, livelihood options and resilient farming system to fulfil/achieve their potential with social inclusion.
AIM, & OBJECTIVE
The purpose of the organization is to enhance the farmers’ income and livelihood through transfer of modern knowledge, bestmanagement practices, and climate resilient farming practice, and improve health and well-being in the era of climate change.

ABOUT US

The most urgent needs in India today are to increase the agricultural production in sustainable to protect farmers especially small and marginal one from market uncertainty. Despite many efforts and some successes, Indian agriculture has been facing numerous problems like increasing farmer suicides, low level knowledge among farmer, decelerating agricultural growth,decreasing soil fertility, and increasing regional disparity especially after the removal of tariff and non-tariff barriers.These problems not only have serious implications for intergenerational livelihood and food security but also for the competitiveness of the agricultural sector in years to come. Thus, in the present context of weak institutional support, greater competition and environmental degradation, the survival of smallholders is a matter of concern.
